KiCKCO's Unique Approach to
Comprehensive Class Structure
At KiCKCO we have developed a class structure that focuses on athletic ability and martial arts techniques during the first part of the week and then realistic application of those skills during the second part of the week.
Mondays and Tuesdays are dedicated to refining kicks, punches, striking, blocking, and athleticism such as jumping, balance, strength and endurance.
Wednesdays and Thursdays highlight the application of those skills through self-defense strategies, sparring games, and board breaking.
Innovative Strategies that Gamify Achievement
To help our athlete maximize their skills and abilities while having FUN, KICKCO has created an innovative way to gamify the process through dashboards where athletes can track their progress and earn badges and incentives for reaching benchmarks of success in their growth and development (just like in a video game)!
Martial Arts Athleticism through Tricking
Martial arts tricking is a dynamic blend of martial arts, gymnastics, and breakdancing that focuses on powerful kicks, flips, and twists performed with creativity and style. Unlike traditional martial arts, it’s less about combat and more about self-expression, athleticism, and pushing physical limits—making it an exciting and visually impressive discipline.

Through innovative martial arts training, students learn skills that extend far beyond the mat—building leadership in school, at home, and in their future careers. We empower every student to grow as a strong individual and positive influence in their community.
Where the KiCK Movement Began
KiCK was founded by Mr. TJ and Mrs. Tiffany Holgerson in Kansas City, Missouri with the vision of combining Martial Arts with missions. Their heart for orphaned and abandoned children led them to start KiCK through partnering with organizations that support orphans across the globe. Our Mission
At KiCK Colorado we have a heart for our community, that's why we invest heavily in outreach programs and service that impact "at risk" and underprivileged kids living in our communities. Through partnerships with community programs, churches, and other unique programs our desire is to make a relevant, timely, and effective impact on the community around us.
We believe – and have seen in our own lives and in children around us – that kids have an innate ability to positively change others (and themselves in the process). They just need to be encouraged and shaped to do so. Parents, we know that you see and develop this capacity in your children. We want to help your efforts in a unique way with martial arts & missions.
Tiffany and TJ, the founders of KiCK, set forth three Guiding Principles that govern KiCK’s decisions and operations. At KiCK Colorado we follow these same principles. They are:

Through a faithful process of excellence in martial arts, applied teaching of character development, and serving hurting children, we will help each student move towards the unique Masterpiece that he/she is intended to be.
We believe that children have the power to change the world, and will demonstrate that power through the children of the KiCK community.
The children in this school will positively influence others not just later in life, but now. They will become life-changing servant leaders at home, in school, and to hurting children in our community and our world.
