About

Master Jody Harlow is the CEO and Chief Instructor of KICKCO Martial Arts, bringing more than 40 years of martial arts training, leadership, and service into every aspect of his work. As a Martial Arts Master, he is committed to developing athletes not only in technical skill, but also in confidence, discipline, character, and leadership.

A retired U.S. Army Chaplain and Major, Master Jody served for 20 years in the military, including nine deployments. His military career included service as a Paratrooper and Air Assault-qualified Soldier, and his decorations include two Bronze Star Medals, three Meritorious Service Medals, and the Combat Action Badge.

Beyond the military and martial arts, Master Jody has also served as a pastor, bringing a strong foundation of service, compassion, mentorship, and community leadership to his work with families and students. He is also a father and entrepreneur who understands the importance of perseverance, responsibility, and building a meaningful legacy.

Through KICKCO Martial Arts, Master Jody combines decades of experience in martial arts, military leadership, ministry, parenting, and business to help students and families grow stronger on and off the mat. His mission is simple: develop capable martial artists, strong leaders, resilient families, and people of character who make a positive impact in their communities.
